Should I attend?
Yes, when possible. The final portion is especially valuable: we can walk through the major findings, answer questions, and show you important shutoffs and maintenance items.
When will I receive the report?
Our goal is a clear digital report the same day, unless the property or additional testing requires more time. We will set expectations before we leave.
What if the house looks newly renovated?
Fresh finishes can improve a home, but they do not replace an inspection. We still evaluate accessible structure, systems, safety items, installation details, and signs of prior issues.
Can an inspection tell me whether to buy the house?
That decision is yours. Our role is to give you reliable information, useful context, and a clearer view of potential priorities so you can decide confidently.
Do thermal imaging and drone views cost extra?
No. They are included with the standard inspection when they are useful and conditions allow.
